By using the frim.hr website, it is considered that you are fully acquainted with and agree with our general business conditions described below.
Frim d.o.o., Kopilica 62, 21000 Split; OIB: 53175649603 (hereinafter: the Service Provider) is the full owner of www.frim.hr (hereinafter: the Website).
The service provider (seller) manages the content and organizes and mediates in the provision of the order service via the Website.
The user (buyer / consumer) is a visitor to the website who selects at least one product, puts it in the cart, sends an order via the webshop (completes the order) to the service provider and pays by bank transfer the amount of the offer sent to him by e-mail. Expressed prices in the web shop are retail (including VAT). The currency of payment is Croatian kuna (kn).
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the User and the Service Provider, and in relation to the General Terms and Conditions, the privacy statement, payment terms and other issues related to the use of the Website and the ordering service through the Website. By using the Website, you are deemed to be fully acquainted with and agree to the Terms set forth herein and agree to use it in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms or do not accept them, please do not use this website.
The Service Provider reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to change or discontinue any business segment and if it deems it necessary, cancel or amend any of the Terms of Business listed here and Users are obliged to review the content of each visit to the Website. Failure to do so releases the Service Provider from any liability.
The Service Provider is released from any liability for damage that may occur on devices that allow access to the Website and data stored on the same devices when using the Website if it is caused by illegal actions of third parties, computer viruses, etc., and other cases for which is not the responsibility of the Service Provider. Also, the Service Provider is released from any liability in the event of circumstances that prevent the use of the Website.
It is the obligation and duty of the User to use the Website exclusively in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia, as well as with general ethical and moral principles. The service provider will not and is not obliged to take over materials whose content in any way violates the rights of others, for example, content that is offensive, defamatory, violates or threatens privacy, etc., as well as materials of illegal content and form. The Service Provider reserves the discretion to assess whether there has been a breach of obligations by the User. Any distribution, copying, transmission, linking, publishing or in any way modifying the Website without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.
Any violation of this prohibition may result in infringement of copyright, trademark rights, or any other right that may result in legal action. The User may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivatives, or in any other way exploit any content from the Website in whole or in part.
It is also not allowed to copy, redistribute, retransmit, issue or commercially use the downloaded material. The user may download instructions from the Website if he uses the services of ordering through the website. The User must find out whether any of the materials on the Website are protected by any of the rights, and therefore the Service Provider is not obliged to disclose or publish such information.
The seat of the Service Provider is in Split, in the Republic of Croatia. Legal disputes that may arise as a result of the use of this Website are within the jurisdiction of the court in Split, and are resolved in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia. By using this Website, the User agrees that any dispute or claim, arising from, or in connection with these Terms, or in connection with their implementation, is within the jurisdiction of the court in Split.
If the information about a particular product is not updated or accurate, the Service Provider will notify the User who placed the order after which the User has the right to change it or cancel the order.
If the file being sent for printing is not in CMYK mode, the Service Provider is allowed to convert the file from RGB to CMYK. The Service Provider is not responsible for consequent color variations for conversion. We also want to emphasize that if the maximum color coverage in CMYK exceeds 300%, the appearance of the printed material may be impaired and we do not take responsibility for the above. Tolerance in cutting of printed materials of 2 mm and slight variations in the color of the print cannot be a cause of complaint.
There are circumstances that we cannot control, such as spelling or typographical errors, poor quality or low-resolution images, and fonts that are not installed in the files. We also note, that it is possible

- in cases when you have published this information yourself (Article 7, paragraph 3, items 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act),

- in the event of a possible sale or legal succession of Frim d.o.o. we reserve the right to sell or transfer your data to a third party who:

b) agrees to be a successor to Frim d.o.o. in terms of preservation and protection of collected data
Frim d.o.o. is not responsible for accidental error or error due to force majeure or other objective circumstances that cause accidental breach of the guaranteed protection of your data, but guarantees that the error will be rectified, if possible, as soon as possible.
We only collect personal information that is voluntarily provided to us. We do not require you to send us this information in order to give you access to your site and we do not ask you to disclose more information than is really necessary to participate in any activity on our site.
When you send us an e-mail with personally identifiable information, either by e-mail with a question or comment or a form that you provide to us by e-mail, we use that information to fulfill your requests.

After completing the order, we will send you an offer for a bank transfer with the exact delivery date on which you make the payment.
Orders on the frim.hr website can be placed online every day from 0 to 24 hours.

At the choice of the customer, we send the shipment by courier service with express delivery in the Republic of Croatia or you can pick it up in person at our office in Split (weekdays from 13-15h).
It is the duty of the User to provide the Service Provider with the correct address for the delivery of the ordered product. The service provider is not responsible if due to incorrect or incomplete data of the place of delivery (address or appropriate instructions if necessary) there is damage to the ordered and purchased goods, delay in delivery of the order or theft.
The cost of re-delivery will be charged if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, if the given address is incorrect or if there is no safe place where the shipment can be delivered.
Shipments are sent as standard via courier services of the User’s choice (Overseas / DPD / HP Express) throughout the Republic of Croatia. The User can also independently organize the delivery or pick it up in person at our office address Kopilica 62, Split every working day from 8 am to 3 pm or by appointment.
You can find out the delivery rules on the courier website. Ordered products are packaged in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. When picking up, the User is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and in case of damage during transport immediately report the shipment to the courier (employee of the company that performs delivery) and not to pick up the shipment. If for any reason you do not receive your shipment within the prescribed time, please contact us immediately so that we can take all necessary actions to find your shipment.
If it happens that the customer has a complaint about our product or service, we immediately look for a way to correct it as quickly and easily as possible.
The user has the right to complain if he:
• delivered goods not ordered,
• delivered goods that have a defect or damage that did not occur during transport, and were caused by the negligence of the employees of the Service Provider.
All of the above in the General Terms and Conditions of the Service Provider cannot be a reason for a complaint. The user is obliged to submit a complaint to the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Complaints can be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If only a partial part of the delivered goods is subject to a complaint, it will be replaced, but not the entire delivery of materials.
If you have any complaints about the realization of the Service Provider’s service, please inform them immediately so that, if possible, they can be eliminated immediately.
